My stay at Residenza Palazzo Negri was truly exceptional—one of those rare places that feels more like a second home than a rental.
From a practical standpoint, everything was excellent: the apartment was VERY clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the layout was thoughtfully designed with convenient outlets, excellent lighting, and an easy flow that made it easy to settle in. [...]

In person, Luisa is exactly as she comes across; warm, genuine, and deeply caring. She took the time to welcome me, walk me through the apartment, and was always available for anything I needed. It became clear very quickly that she truly cares about her guests in a way that goes far beyond expectations.
Mitsa (housekeeping) was equally wonderful. Her attention to detail was outstanding, often taking care of things before I even noticed them. Elisa, who assists with the property, was also incredibly kind and welcoming. [...] I would absolutely stay here again, without question. I highly recommend Residenza Palazzo Negri. Exceptional all around!

Luisa was incredibly welcoming and helpful even before my arrival, which made transitioning to a new country so much easier. "A beautifully preserved old palazzo right in the heart of Verona. With original features including beautiful terrazzo flooring, artwork and mouldings, it's full of character - and we had a spacious, comfortable room.
Luisa, our host, was very attentive - getting in touch ahead of our trip with clear instructions on how to access the property and ready to give recommendations for Verona and the surrounding area. A very good stay!"
