We are located at Vicolo San Matteo 2, in the heart of Verona’s historic center, next to the Roman Porta Borsari and just a short walk from Piazza delle Erbe and the Arena di Verona. The area is pedestrian-only, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot.

Is it possible to reach the property by car?

Yes, we are located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Access is only allowed for loading and unloading luggage, and you must inform us in advance with your license plate number and country of registration. After unloading, you must exit the ZTL. The most convenient parking option is SABA Arsenale, a 5-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can stop at Porta Borsari near Via Diaz, about 20 meters from the property.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Early access may be possible if the room or studio is ready; otherwise, luggage storage is available. Check-out is by 10:00 AM for studios and 10:30 AM for rooms. Luggage can be stored free of charge after departure.

Is late check-in available?

Yes, before arrival you will be invited to complete online check-in. This allows us to send access details so you can enter independently at your preferred time.
